Those are a few words that been used to describe me. First let me thank you for taking the time to read this. My hope is that once finished you will have found some of what you’re looking for in me: an open minded nonjudgmental, understanding, positive person looking for friendship. Things I myself am looking for.
I’m DAMION, born in New Orleans where I spent most of my childhood. Ripping and running the 6th ward projects; Mardi Gras, second lining and tap dancing on Bourbon Street for nickels and dimes are some of the things I enjoyed doing. I loved eating seafood gumbo, busting open a 60-pound bag of crawfish and getting my grub on. Until my early teens when I moved to Seattle, WA where I’ve lived most of my life. Which brings me to my current situation… incarceration. The time I’ve been down I’ve maintained a positive attitude by focusing on: my daughter (who is in the photos with me) and my grandson who is on his way to being able to say GRANDDAD ☺. I pass time participating in self-help and educational programs. I’ve also become an avid beader. Medallion, earrings, etc…. Chess and working out regularly helps me maintain a healthy balance of mind and body. I smile more often than not. Still I find myself wanting, needing a friend beyond these walls.
