“MICHIGAN STATE POLICE’S CRIME LABORATORY DIRECTOR STEPS DOWN AFTER EXPOSING ‘PROSECUTORS’ DELIBERATE MISCONDUCT IN MICHIGAN CRIMINAL CASES!!”
Today (June 10, 2016), as I was watching the beautiful memorial services of my great hero, Muhammad Ali (PBUH), my comrade Rosco, was watching FOX Network’s (see: “crimewatchdaily.com”), and during that episode, the program revealed that John Collins, Michigan State Police’s Director of the Crime Lab Division had stepped down from his post after whistle blowing the fact that the crime lab had been systematically colluding with Prosecutors across the State to conceal, alter and fabricate test results (evidence) in criminal cases in order to favor the prosecution. During that airing, it revealed a case out of Kent County (Grand Rapids) in which the Prosecution was attempting to falsely accuse a man in being in possession of an illegal control substance (synthetic marijuana), all in an effort to take the man’s son. It was the last straw, Collins said referring to that Grand Rapids case. Collins stated that the forensic lab is in the business of forensic science to discover innocence or guilt, not to alter forensic reports in order to help the prosecutions find innocent people guilty – which has been going on across the State. Because Collins believed that the course of action taken by his Division and the prosecutors were wrong, he decided to resign as Director, as he no longer wanted to play apart of the misconduct. The forensic lab in question is in fact the same lab that failed to place exculpatory information in lab report no. 32188-94 of lab report no. 32190-94.
